Cancellation Policy
Cancellations • All bookings are non‑refundable. • Before the program begins, fees may be moved to another class (subject to availability). Class Changes & Schedule Updates • Class change requests should be made 72 hours in advance. • Class schedules may be adjusted if needed; parents will be notified early. Absences & Make‑Ups • Please inform us if your child will be absent. • One make‑up class per term is offered when available. • Make‑ups can’t be guaranteed or carried over. No refunds for absences. Sick Leave • Keep your child home if unwell. • A doctor’s note may allow one extra make‑up, subject to availability. Typhoon & Severe Weather • Classes pause during T8 or Black Rain. • If signals drop 2 hours before class, lessons resume. • Weather‑affected classes will be rescheduled or credited. Late Arrival • Classes start on time; late arrivals cannot extend class time. Conduct • We aim for a positive, safe learning environment. • We’ll communicate with parents if any issues arise.
